At La Maddalena Beachwear, we value your satisfaction with every purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8.078/90), we offer a transparent and fair policy for exchanges and returns:

1. RIGHT OF REPENTANCE (RETURN)

• The customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the order to request a product return, without needing to provide a reason.
• The product must be unused, with original labels and tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
• After the item arrives and is inspected, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued using the same payment method.
• Shipping costs by post or carrier are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE, COLOR, OR PRODUCT

Exchanges can be requested up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.

• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, odors, or alterations. We do not exchange white or light-colored items.
• The customer pays for the return shipping of the item to us, and we will pay for the new shipment. Additional shipping costs (in cases of more than one exchange) are the customer's responsibility.
• Items available in the SALE section are exclusive final sale items and are not eligible for exchanges due to preference. In case of a defect, we guarantee analysis and resolution in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

3. EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECT

• Products with a manufacturing defect can be returned within 30 (thirty) days from delivery.
• The product will be analyzed, and if a defect is found, it will be replaced with an identical item or, if unavailable, the customer may choose another item or request a refund.
• The following are not considered defects: natural wear and tear from use, stains resulting from misuse or improper washing.
• Shipping costs in case of a defect are the responsibility of the store.

4. REQUEST PROCEDURE

• Exchange or return requests must be made via the WhatsApp number provided on the website.
• We will provide all instructions for posting the product with the Post Office or for collection, at no cost to the customer (when applicable - factory defect).

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to not accept returned products that do not meet the conditions described above, and the same will be sent back to the customer.
